The Academy’s Certificate 2 in Salon Assistant is designed to provide a foundation of practical and relevant skills to prepare you for a start in the hairdressing industry.

Your apprenticeship will see you employed full-time in a commercial salon fostering your development in interpersonal skills and overall confidence. Whilst also attending The Academy space for additional education.

With access to Maurice Meade’s vast network of industry experts and in-house client-based training, plus, receiving certified product education from iconic, industry-standard brands, such as L’Oréal, Kerastase and Redken.

Completion of the Certificate 2 in Salon Assistant Traineeship provides the fundamental industry skills and qualifications necessary to advance to the Certificate 3 in Hairdressing.
